The
Dj whose became in musician, Laurent Garnier wrongfully disconcerts
with this fourth album Zen and resolutely dark which transforms
the dancefloor into couch of psychanalyst. Surrounded by brilliant
musicians (Buge Wesseltoft, Dhafer Youssefah), pretty beautiful
intentions and in particular a savage desire for convincing its
own conditions (not for a deep house disc by the way), Garnier
make a no limits test, and manages to impose electro moods of
"The Cloud... Pt 1" and its improvised piano, "9.01-9:06
" with the stroboscopic agreements or "Closed Door ".
"Act 1 Minotaure Ex" recalls that the eminence of "F
COM" was never insensitive with berliner experimentation
of David Bowie and Brian Eno, while "First Reaction (V2)","
Controlling The House Pt 2" or "(I Wanna Be) Waiting
For My Plane", steering up in the form, brew the dance without
without shy. Nearing the end, "Set of children" is full
of doubts and hopes, exactly as the future that Garnier foresees
with this third-eye with which only the clear-sighted musicians
are equipped.

chega 'desconcertando' seu quarto álbum totalmente zen e
obscuro, transformando a pista de dança em um divã.
Cercado de artistas de peso (Buge Wesseltoft, Dhafer Youssefah),
com ótimas intenções, e um particular desejo
de provar suas condições (não sendo um disco
'deep house' todavia), Garnier faz um teste sem limites, e impõe
seu estilo electro de 'The Cloud... Pt 1", e sua peça
improvisada de piano "9.01-9:06", com arranjos estróbicos,
ou "Closed Door". "Act 1 Minotaure Ex" remete
à iminência insensitiva de 'F COM', com os experimentos
berlinenses de David Bowie e Brian Eno, enquanto "First Reaction
(V2)", "Controlling The House pt 2" ou "(I Wanna
Be) Waiting For My Plane", o tira de qualquer rota, fazendo-lhe
dançar sem nenhuma vergonha. Quase no final, "Set of
Children" é repleta de dúvidas e esperanças,
exatamente o que Garnier prevê com seu 'terceiro olho', cujo
qual muitos músicos possuem. |

et résolument sombre qui transforme la piste de danse en
divan de psychanalyste. Entouré de musiciens brillants
(Buge Wesseltoft, Dhafer Youssefah), animé de belles intentions
et notamment d'une farouche envie de convaincre à ses propres
conditions (pas en publiant un disque deep house de trop), Garnier
expérimente sans filet et parvient à imposer les
humeurs mercurielles de "The Cloud… Pt 1" et son piano
improvisé, "9.01-9:06" aux accords stroboscopiques
ou "Huis Clos". "Act 1 Minotaure Ex" rappelle
que l'éminence grise de F Com n'a jamais été
insensibles aux expérimentions berlinoises de David Bowie
et Brian Eno, tandis que "First Reaction (V2)", "Controlling
The House PT 2" ou "(I Wanna Be) Waiting For My Plane",
plus remuantes dans la forme, brassent la dance sans faire de
grumeaux. Gardé pour la fin, "Jeu d'enfants"
est pétris de doutes et d'espoirs, exactement comme l'avenir
que Garnier entrevoit avec ce troisième oeil dont seuls
